3. Completion of a purchase

Credit card payment is the only form of payment GLN accepts for products ordered by you through the Website. Any orders placed by you on this Website constitute a binding offer by you to conclude a purchase with GLN. The binding purchase agreement comes into existence only when GLN accepts your order on the Website by sending you an e-mail or written communication, or by shipping the products ordered.


4. Reservations and exceptions

GLN reserves the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties for products on this Website at any time without prior notice. GLN attempts to post accurate information, but errors may sometimes occur. Any such errors in product specifications, descriptions, and pricing will be corrected when discovered and GLN reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted. If an error in pricing is discovered after your order has been submitted, GLN will inform you of the error at which time you may cancel or reaffirm your order at your option.


5. Terms of payment

The purchase price for the products ordered by you is due upon the shipment of your order by GLN. Upon shipment, GLN will charge the credit card account you identified when your order was placed for the purchase price, the cost of shipping and handling and applicable taxes. You may not make any set off against GLN’s claim for payment unless the amount set off is not disputed by GLN or has been the subject of a final and binding judgment against GLN.


6. Shipping

Your confirmed order shall require 5 business days for order processing and subsequently delivery. Please be advised outstation orders can take a longer delivery period. You may check your order shipment tracking number for reference at this portal once the order is shipped.

7. Refund and return policies

Defective products are handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers can send in their defective product to our customer service center as mentioned above.


By accepting these terms & conditions, you agree that you are not providing a Post Office (PO) Box address for your order shipment, as we regret that we cannot deliver to any PO Box address. In the event that your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to PO Box address, we will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs.
